To further this effort the Metalfrio Service Request Form was developed to assist customers with information submission on their equipment.  This form is meant to accelerate response time and assist the customer with organizing the required answers to questions typically asked during a service request interview.  Also included on this form is a Trouble Shooting Checklist which may answer many common questions in advance of submitting a service request.
