Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is a major KPI for KLIMASAN A.S.
Marketing Department continuously conducts periodic surveys to measure customer satisfaction, receive customer feedback and take action when necessary.

Customer complaints communicated to Sales or Marketing Department are immediately taken into account and upon internal evaluations regarding the matter, a “Corrective-Preventive Action” is taken by the Quality Department according to the corrective action procedures.
